"So everyone can probably agree that shopping or changing insurances is a huge pain in the rear. I absolutely hate doing it but it’s a necessary evil we all as adults have to accept. Well, Mitchell might have just made that a little bit less of a pain. He initially reached out to me because we were former State Farm policy holders and he wanted to get our business back. He asked if he could put together some quotes for us and then emailed them over. He texted with me about scheduling an appt to talk it over so it was at a convenient time. He was also extremely punctual when those appt times came around. Mitchell explained everything very well and made the whole process easy. He got us better rates and worked In as many discounts as he could and because of him we are now back with State Farm.
